The owner is super friendly and helpful. And thanks all the staff. he helped us to take the luggage to the room because there is no elevators and made really detailed plans for us about the routes how to visit the place. the sink in the room had some problems but he immediately asked people to help. our balloon was canceled because of the weather condition and he helped us to find the next day's reservation. I loved the breakfast it served by the staff making the eggs according to your favorites and the others were different everyday. The view on the terrace is very beautiful and you can see the balloons in the early morning there.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, with their support we managed to catch a ballon ride in a period of many cancelations due to weather conditions. Room is clean and simple, decorated in a traditional Turkish style. Breakfast was rich and diverse, very tasty. Venue is easy to reach and in a quiet area with acces to restaurants, caffès and souvenirs shops. Rose Valley is very close and has an amazing landscape, great place for easy hiking.

The room was clean,spacious and there is a balcony which is a plus to me. There is water refill everyday amd cleaning service. You dont need to tell them anymore. They will do it automatically. Excellent place to stay in Cappadoccia. TOP point: the rooftop terrace where you can get breakfast and have the most amazing view of the balloons and sunrise!! The guy at the reception was super friendly. The breakfast is great, it is just a pity that it starts at 9 so we had to miss it on the day we left early. Our room was very nice even though it was the "standard" room, nicely decorated and very comfortable. We went by car, if you need parking they can show you a couple places where you can park if available, but Goreme in general is difficult with parking (but you always find a place somewhere). Excellent price-value! Excellent location!
