This was a unique experience, because there was no one around from the facility, everything was self service. My particular room (single) had not wash/toilet, this was a shared facility. There was only one other couple on the second evening, so I had the facility to myself. I think if the facility was full, the experience may not have been as peaceful. There was ample supply of breakfast food, tea and coffee. Guest should consider bringing their own food, snacks and drinks,

How lucky were we to find this lovely place! Johan and Marcel were exceptional hosts and made us feel very welcome. Our room was great and the breakfasts excellent. The whole atmosphere of Ladfabriken was delightful and it is located in the most picturesque of settings. Many thanks to Marcel for his wonderful cooking - his dinners were a real treat. Also thanks to Johan for his advice on where to go in Gothenburg, it was very helpful. All in all a fabulous experience.

Perfect location central in town, right on the pier. Excellent view. Clean and spacious rooms. Great with a refrigerator and options to make coffee. Very nice and helpfull host.

We spontaneously booked the accommodation when we were on a motorcycle holiday in Sweden with the west coast as our destination. We were very surprised by the location.
