If this villa is currently available for your travel dates, take it, you will never regret! We visited Praslin in February 2024 in a company of 7 persons and absolutely loved our stay at the villa. We were warmly welcomed with coconuts and straws upon arrival, which was a delightful touch after a long flight. The house is enormous, incredibly cozy, and even more beautiful than in the photos. Air conditioning and ceiling fans in every room, meticulous cleaning and towel replacement every couple of days upon request, and a thorough clean once a week. The WiFi coverage was extensive and reliable, allowing us to stream movies and make video calls effortlessly. The villa also boasts its own covered parking space. The villa is equipped with the latest technology and has everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. Its location is unmatched on the island, making a car unnecessary. We were able to explore every corner of the island and visit all the beaches within a week without one. The best beaches are within walking distance, and more remote ones are accessible by bus, which is more frequent here than in Mahe, with the longest wait being just 15 minutes: A small beach perfect for wave jumping and sunset watching on our first day (1-2 minutes walk) The stunning Bounty beach of Anse Kerlan and the Capricorn restaurant (7-10 minutes walk) Four shops and a bus stop (3-5 minutes walk) The ability to hike to Anse Lazio 1 hour, respectively, through beautiful trails (or 30 minutes if taking the bus to its final stop) Anse Georgette and Anse Petit in 40 minutes walk or 5 minutes drive Grand Anse beach, about a 10-minute drive away Two excellent restaurants nearby, one in the 5-star Dhevatara Beach boutique hotel (highly recommended) and the other, Paradisier, also worthy of note. The garden features hammocks and a huge pool that is wonderful for swimming after sunset when the island quiets down.

The room was nice, we'll sized and clean. The bed was comfortable and the view from the balcony was wonderful, even if we had a very rainy day and night when we stayed there. The breakfast was alright, and they were nice enough to adjust the English meaty breakfast to the vegetarian guests. The pool is small but with and incredible view. The staff is very nice and welcoming. Staying there was a nice way to end our honeymoon trip in Seychelles.

hotel owner started helping us even before check-in and ordered us a taxi for our large group. The rooms were clean and there was a welcome coconut for every guest :) and when we checked out and forgot our mobile phone at the hotel, owner brought it to us at the airport! Best service! I highly recommend the hotel!

Amazing place!!! So familiar, personal and super nice staff with a nice pool and outdoor shower. Very good breakfast and very nice room with toilet and fridge and small freezer. We received a warm and heartfelt welcome from Eddy, who delighted us with a selection of freshly picked homegrown fruits. His culinary expertise shone through as he prepared the most exquisite fish dishes I have ever had the pleasure of tasting. It was evident that he cooked with love and a true passion. Moreover, Eddy's attentiveness extended beyond the kitchen as he graciously assisted us with every request, exemplifying his exceptional hospitality. He truly went above and beyond as a host. The family's apartment was not only spacious but also adorned with beautiful, contemporary furniture. With two bathrooms, one featuring a bathtub, it was particularly convenient for families with children. The breathtaking view from the apartment encompassed a sandy beach and offered stunning sunsets. Additionally, many restaurants and supermarkets conveniently located a mere five minutes from the apartment. Both Eddy and Erica displayed a genuine affinity for their guests, making our stay all the more enjoyable. I wholeheartedly recommend their accommodation for anyone seeking a memorable experience. Should we ever have the opportunity to return, we would undoubtedly choose their accommodation once again.

We had a wonderful stay at Côté Cèdres. The place, very well maintained, is breathtaking and in the heights to recharge your batteries even more. To access it, we have to take small roads in the jungle but it's idyllic! We thank once again Vanessa, Sriyani and her husband for taking care of us (the warm welcome, the homemade breakfast, our room, our exchanges, the advice).     Location is great of this property. It’s up the hill serving amazing view of Mahe. However, car is highly recommended to reach the property. Has a private pool, which is great for cooling down after long day. Breakfast was very good as well - eggs, fresh fruit, real coffee. Staff is very caring and helpful.
