Great location, next to the beach and in a walking distance from nice restaurants and bars. Lovely flowers everywhere, great bed, very comfortable and peaceful atmosphere. Such a lovely self-contained place to stay. The view from the verandah was gorgeous. Everything we needed was provided, including Gluten free bread which was fantastic (as I am coeliac). Comfortable bed, very clean and lots of space.

The location was incredible a slice of paradise. We enjoyed the comfy bed with a view of the beach and slept so well in the cosy sheets. The shower excellent and the Manuka Honey body lotion I loved so much I bought a bottle at the airport. The kitchen was so cute every detail thought out. Studio Otama beach is a private haven!

Even though we only had a single overnight stay at Annabells B&B, we must say it’s on our top ten experiences of what we have had during our 6 weeks vacation in New Zealand. The unit was fine and cozy, and located surrounded by big trees giving you a feeling that you are in the middle of a rain forest.
