Really good location, close to Le Morne beach and mountain. Lagonn Island with a beach is also very close. The west side of the island where you can watch the sunset. Very friendly and lovely hosts who prepared great tasty food. The owners of the house will treat you like their own.

Very private property, super easy to disconnect from everything. The garden is great, lots of trees and plants, all creating a beautiful scenery. The chalet is very nice, super clean, the bed and the pillows are the most comfortable we have ever seen. We slept super well. The staff is very helpful and happy to help. The breakfast is diverse and delicious.

My stay at Shanti Ghar Guest House couldn't have been more perfect: Zack & Yelena are awesome hosts who give the best (local) tipps for things to do in Tamarin and around (and help you organize different activities for yourself), tell you which restaurants have the best food and are ready to help you at all times in general. The guest house, outdoor spaces and my room were beautiful, clean and super cozy - definitely the best place to stay at in Tamarin! Next time I'm in Mauritius, I'll definitely stay here again :)

We had a wonderful stay at Studio d'Artiste. Keivan is a lovely host. The room is spacious and clean, the view to the pool and the whole garden is beautiful. There is a small outdoor kitchen with a fridge and breakfast with fruits, bread, butter, jams and a variety of teas is available. We enjoyed our stay and had a lovely time there.

We loved our stay in Green Discovery. Prakash and the family made our stay memorable. We booked the B&B to also experience more local vibes apart from our days at the sea. We will be back during our next visit to Mauritius.

The hosts were lovely 🙂. Very welcoming. The room, upstairs apartment is comfortable and nice. Everything is provided for. Cooker, microwave, fridge, cutlery. The shops and supermarket are nearby. I experienced a home cooked mauritian dinner which was delicious. Rochester waterfall is nearby. The host kindly took me to see the warerfall on my first day. It was amazing to see. She also kindly took me to visit other nearby places.amd advised me on routes and attractions to see. I thanked her because she took the time out of her schedule. I know it's not always possible to have time when running a guest house. There are several nearby public beaches within walking distance that are uncrowded and peaceful. There are many other places to visit and unfortunately I did not book enough days. I will definitely come back next time.

Anusha and Christian made us feel so welcome and like at home, they made sure we have everything we needed. The room was clean, warm water always working with a lot of pressure, Wi-Fi was working well too. Our room was cleaned often with new clean bedsheet. The breakfasts were amazing. We loved our stay here and highly recommend.
