Location is ideal, quiet and close to the 2 beaches in the area which are dickwella beach if you want to chill and hiriketiya beach if you want to surf. Common area is great and includes hammocks. (It was also great to see the turtles, but due to tourists scaring them and being stupid and picking them up it will get more and more rare to see them coming in. The sight can also be quite bad from the sand getting thrown around by the waves.)
