This was my first stop in Tuscany, sorta random. WOWOW. I was impressed with the tour the host provided of the facility and my room. She also gave me directions to a restaurant in the city plus suggested a hillside drive for photos the following morning which turned out to be spectacular. This is a one of a kind property with a family history which is worth the visit. I also want to say thanks to the host for all her assistance and information... she made my stay very enjoyable. A sorry I had to leave so early in the morning!!!! On the river, short walk to the city. Just great.

We only stayed for a night but Serena was great. Very polite and really enjoyed staying at her accommodation. The view was amazing and the breakfast had something for everyone. It was really nice that we had our own room with our private bathroom and still be able to use the common areas kitchen and living room as much as wanted. We certainly recommend!

We LOVED this accommodation! Our favorite by far during our travels so far. It was bright, impeccably clean, had lovely views and had the most perfect outdoor area to relax and unwind in the sun. Our host did not speak very much English but was lovely and very thorough with our check-in with the help of Google translate. Easy to find, using McDonald's as a reference point. And a pleasant 15 minute walk to old town. There isn't a kitchenette for preparing and cooking foods, but we had a fridge, kettle and cutlery which served us very well for our stay.

The owner was very nice, helpful and friendly. He met us before old city in order to help us find the correct address. Location was wonderful, you will be in historical center and it is impossible to find appartment more in center than this one. Appartment was not big, but very and very nice. All details are considered, we had everything what we need inside, including tea, coffee, chocolate, biscotti, jam etc.The owner pays big attention to make the holidays of guests more comfortable. All rooms are stylized in different styles according to its names and look very nice. I can strongly recommend this accommodation.

A beautiful palazzo. The best place to stay in Arezzo. One of the highlight in Tuscany. We also had a very warm welcome from Riccardo.
