We got a room upgrade - the whole appartment with the own personal dock to the grand canal! In fact the place was even too big for us to use for one night :) What really makes the whole place special is the staff - really the most kind, helpfull and cherfull. Thank you for everything!

The owner, Romano, was very hospitable. All the issues and requests we had were solved very quickly. It was client-oriented approach. The hotel style was very cozy and in the spirit of Venice. The breakfast was just perfect, tasty and fresh.

We had a wonderful stay at Ca dell’Arte Boutique. The room was beautiful, with a lovely terrace. The location was fantastic - so convenient. A special thank you to Mark. He was very responsive, he gave us some great suggestions for activities and restaurants and organized our transport to the airport on our last day. He even met us at the hotel (very early in the morning) to walk us to the taxi (and helped us with our luggage!). Thank you Mark!

    Very clean rooms and confy bed. The hotel is located along a quiet canal with restaurants and bars close by. Murano is a great location to stay in for a weekend in Venice allowing you to avoid the touristic caos. The vaporetto to Venice (15-20 min boat ride) stops is a 5 min walk from the hotel. Very friendly staff!
