I came to this home in the night as a first time traveling solo in India. I was initially nervous, and also didn’t know what to expect visiting Kerala. I immediately felt at ease when Jayan and his helper were outside waiting for me and greeting me. Their home is beautiful, very clean and very comfortable. I had a little living area which I didn’t expect, it may have been as I picked a more premium room. It felt like I was staying with family the way they treated me. I just wanted to hang out with them haha. It was perfect because I really wanted somewhere to relax indoors and take a break from my travels. They were helpful with everything, and the location was close to the temple and lots of shop. They helped me lots with my itinerary and with the trains and tuktuk. Shame I couldn’t stay longer! Breakfast was lovely. Thanks very much I hope to come again.

The facility is family-owned. The family is very friendly, and very helpful. They take good care of the guests and of the property. - The rooms are very clean. - The place is very quiet with little to no vehicle movement. - No road noise and no dust. - Bath towels and soap are provided - Service is excellent. - Very good quality home-like breakfast cooked in the kitchen, which the Villa owner himself consumes along with the guests. - They help in booking a taxi when needed. It was very homely place to stay. It was an experience with them calling and enquiring about my travel and making arrangements for coming to sanskriti. The entire atmosphere in sanskriti was very positive. The nallu kettu with lamps lit in the morning and evening. It was very much like a homely place. I had gone for attukal Puja and they ensured that everything is arranged for me without any hassle.

After traveling through India from Neu Delhi, across different hotels and resorts, Vasudevam was one of the cleanest places my partner and I stayed. Generally, bathrooms/toilets were the most difficult in other places, but it was spotlessly clean and tidy here. The suits are spacious, with very fresh colors, matching bed linen, and towels. Dr. Rajan, the manager was very helpful: our stay was enriched by his suggestions to travel around and support with arranging taxis etc. When we got lost somewhere in the city, he made such an effort to help us to get back to the hotel. The other staff was also very polite and efficient. The food was so delicious and fine that we skipped the plan to eat from outside after a few attempts.

    Delightful homestay in a beautiful family home. The owners are really friendly and gave me lots of helpful advice on things to do, transport etc. Breakfast was delicious and it was a nice opportunity to meet fellow guests. My room was clean and cosy. Great location - central yet quiet. All in all a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. Highly recommended!
