Joseph was extremely helpful giving lots of advice on places to visit in Fort Cochin and helping us arrange transport for the next part of our journey. The breakfasts were delicious and the rooftop area added a special charm. He and his wife were always available with a smile.

The owner of the guest house was extremely nice and kind. She welcomed us earlier than expected and also prepared the breakfast. The rooms were big, with AC and clean (towels provided). The location is perfect to visit Kochi Fort (touristic and historical part of the city), you can walk to the main areas or take a TukTuk. Also, there were nice cafes and restaurant closeby. They kept our luggages while we went for another 2 days trip.

There was a nice furnished common area with dining table where we had our meals. Our room was small but well appointed with clean facilities. The kitchen was also well stocked with cutlery, plates etc.

The backwaters right at the doorstep are breathtaking — perfect for morning strolls, or just sitting quietly and soaking in the serenity.     A delightful boutique hotel. New well-built property up a quiet lane in central Kochi just metres away from the busy harbour. Rooms are small but beautifully furnished, bathroom new and pristine. Shaan is an excellent host who has travelled widely himself so knows what a good hotel needs to provide. This would have to be the best hotel in this price range in the city.
