We loved the location and the warmth shown by both Jane and John, who own the guesthouse. They were a lovely couple who wanted to make sure everything was to their high standards. Our host was friendly and warm on our arrival. She has gone over and above to help us settle in and let us feel loved and welcome. The rooms are spacious with lovely big windows to enjoy the countryside and garden. The property has a lovely view of the rolling hills and mountains. Peace and Tranquility is medicine for the tired and weary soul and body. It is close to Sligo and Strandhill beach if you fancy a walk on the beach or go for a swim or maybe some surfing. Then there is the lovely Glencar Waterfall with a coffee shop if you fancy a cup of coffee or a bite to eat after the walk to the waterfall. i will highly recommend Peace and Tranquility when visiting Sligo.

This is one of the best stays we have had with booking.com or Air BNB, the facility and surroundings are exceptional. A high quality facility with exceptional quality rooms. Service was outstanding and the family room is a proper horse barn so if you like horses like my family do them your in for a real treat. Host was a Super Guy and went out of his way to ensure we had a great stay. Highly recommended.
