Location was very central. Room was cozy and bed very comfortable. The bathroom space was great; large shower area with a powerful water spray. Breakfast next morning was exceptional - menu choice very good. All staff were friendly and accommodating. Would highly recommend.

Steven and Claire were very nice people. They were lovely to talk to but they gave us our space. I The house was very clean, the shower was hot, the view from the property was beautiful. The bed must have been comfortable because we slept 2 1/2 hours longer than we intended to! Just want to note that the bathroom is across from the master bedroom and not attatched to the room, but it is only used by the guests.

I stayed there before and a absolutely love the place as it makes me feel special and at home. It’s cozy and well looked after. Very clean and has everything you need. Bonus is it is walking distance from my brother’s place and gives a lovely stroll either down the high street or via the beach.

Everything, this place is a haven for a complete break away with nature, sound of the nearby river, views and total relaxation. The first impression of venue exceeded our expectations with decor, beds, bathrooms. I have never seen the display of fruit that was on offer for breakfast.

The hosts made the stay. The property has a peek-a-boo view of Lismore Castle, and an expansive lawn. The room was a good size and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was excellent and eggs done perfectly to order. Wifi was good and there were lots of outlets for electronics, including USB ports by the desk. The wood fire in the dining room was a lovely touch.
