Ronnie and Armen were excellent hosts! They were super friendly and helpful in planning our visit to Cobh and the surrounding area. They have the most adorable golden doodles, George and Teddy, who are very friendly and cuddly. We were able to pet them and have great conversations with our hosts. Breakfast was amazing, there was nothing wanting and everything was prepared thoughtfully and to our taste; we could have sat in the breakfast room all morning! Parking was very easy. There were plenty of linens and towels for the room (which smelled amazing), and if we needed anything, our hosts were very obliging, asking questions to ensure our comfort. Would stay again and again!

Very helpful staff. The owner gave us nice tips on what to see in the vicinity of the property. Excellent breakfast. Surely the best of our Irish vacation. Fresh fruit, excellent salmon and local cheese.

A very cozy and quiet guest house about 15 minutes' walk to the middle of town. The staff was superb, extremely gracious and cheerful. The view from the breakfast room to the river was enchanting. My room was perfect and well-stocked.
