picturesque, quiet and safe traditional neighborhood (Avas hill, Avas church, Avas tower, Rossita Italian restaurant), one block (a couple-minute walk) from the heart of Miskolc, spacious and clean room with large window overlooking the hill and 2 skylights, 4 comfy beds, toasty warm adjustable temperature (central AND in-floor heating), handy kitchenette (loved the electric tea kettle and the in-room fridge) and also shared dining area, lovely original artwork, super safe free parking (BIG plus), helpful staff, easy access (entrance codes, wifi, messaging). We stayed at the panzio in December. It must be gorgeous in spring and summer with all the green in the neighborhood and the outdoor areas at the property.
