Comfortable, clean and warm. Room was light, well decorated and beautiful bathroom. Plenty of hot water. Hosts very welcoming and excellent breakfast both mornings of my stay. Great for a solo female traveller. Parking on site. I did a walk nearby around Newstead with a view of the abbey. Looking forward to returning!

We booked this b&b because of the rave reviews it got. It deserves all of them. It was a magical place. Great location and the inside was just beautiful! We loved the family room (comfy beds, super clean, it has everything you could possibly need). Michael was very friendly. I could have sat in the breakfast room all day… the view, the decorations.. we loved it all.

we loved the intimacy of the house, it felt like a home away from home! it was wonderful to catch up with Graham and Hilary again. nothing was too much trouble. the gardens were beautiful. love to go back yet again!
