We found The Plough to be a perfect place for our stay whilst visiting our family locally. The staff were brilliant and so helpful making this a place we will use now every time we are visiting our family. They came and joined us for dinner on our first night and we were all craving a pie and they didn’t disappoint- They were amazing!!

Staff and venue were excellent, small but delightful pub with proper fireplaces and an atmosphere to match, very freindly and helpful staff and locals. food and room both excellent, you wait a little while for your food, but theres a reason for that, its cooked from scratch, and you can taste the difference! We will definately go back again, our dog also enjoyed his stay, as all the locals gave him attention.

Little Buxton gem. Wonderful breakfast. The little touches around the guest house were delightful. The ladies who run this guest house have thought of everything. Quirky, homely and great location for town centre and theatre. Perfect for a short stay. Loved Buxton, walks, history and lots of charity shops Thank you ladies 😊
