There is a warm welcome and cosy feel to the Norfolk Arms. The staff are so friendly and helpful. We got complimentary breakfast baskets on Xmas Day and Boxing Day, which was a really lovely touch that we didn't expect. A bonus is having a restaurant on site, and the food was great. For us, there is no better place to stay in Glossop.

It was a lovely setting full of beautiful history. The room was very nice, clean and easy access. Meals both morning and evening were delicious. Staff were really friendly and very astute.
