The location was excellent for access to the family and friends I was visiting and the house was comfortable and welcoming. The hosts were warm and considerate and, arriving cold and hungry, I appreciated the hot shower and snacks provided, as well as the flexibility to come and go late into the evening.

Quiet, clean and tidy. Easy to get to the town centre, well lit for a walk back at night. Well set up for breakfast in the room before we checked out. Friendly owner, very accommodating with allowing us to check in an hour early. Much appreciated. Perfect for what we needed.

We had a truly lovely stay at High Barn and will definitely be coming back. The place has such a welcoming atmosphere, feeling like home. The owners are incredibly kind and attentive, making sure everything is comfortable and that you have everything you need. On top of that, the views around the property are absolutely stunning, perfect for long walks in nature and a real chance to unwind.
