Lovely character property ideally located for Derbyshire and Peak District attractions. Warm welcome from hosts Hilary and Graham felt like home from home, very knowledgeable about the area. Comfortable bedroom and the bed was beautifully made, good breakfast choice the full English was very tasty. Would have no hesitation in recommending.

Good Location, Local 100 yard walk to pub for food. Staff and locals in pub very friendly, food very good. Room was clean and well stocked with a pretty view over fields etc. I also liked that the heating was on when you walked in...

Very nice location and facilities. The room was very well equipped, clean and comfortable. There is a daily cleaning service. We enjoyed our time spent here and we definitely recommend it.
