This gem defies categorisation. We were warmly welcomed by the owner of this stunning house. Sabina and Julien have transformed this old farmhouse into a place that is second to none. The guest room is huge, the bed incredibly comfortable, and the shower alone would be reason enough to come back. At night, it was so quiet, the kind of quiet you only experience when you live in the middle of the countryside. In the morning, a wonderful, delicious breakfast awaited us, and before we left, we even had a private tour of Julien's studio, where he produces his glass artworks. We will most certainly come back

I don't think I can say enough about this property, just absolutely superb! Set in a stunning, quiet countryside location, it was more than we could have expected. Not too far from a small village with places to eat, drink, several shops and a castle. The room (more of a small apartment really) was spacious and well equipped with a lovely comfortable bedroom, bathroom and sitting area. Outside there is a huge garden, orchard and lake with a small island we sat on to eat our evening meal as the sun set. The owners are wonderful people with an interesting past and stories to tell. We were able to park our motorcycles in the garage which is always a bonus for security. The breakfast was superb with homemade jams and fruits from the garden. Many thanks and we hope to stay again if we are in the area.
