I don't know why this Guest house has bad reviews. I just think the opposite, the reception manager is a very friendly person and the rooms and bathrooms were neat and clean.

Friendly host, beautiful room with comfy beds, lovely attention to detail with fresh roses in a vase on the desk, a coffee machine, coffee pads, a complimentary small bottle of red wine, which we both really appreciated. Light airy room with windows reaching to floor level to let a lot of light in. Beautiful daffodils and crocusses were in the front garden. We had breakfast to go which was fine and suited us. It consisted of a bottle of water, fruit , a muesli bar and chocolate bar and a croissant and was included in the price.

Excellent value for money at this nicely furnished property with access to a lovely garden. My stay was the disrupted due to booking.com system failure. But the owner was really communicative and very supportive and find us the same value and benefits accommodation as replacement. Owner is handling with one of the best customer service I have ever seen. For sure when there’s a chance again I would like to stay and experienced their accommodation.
