WOW!!! Just amazing!!! The host family is the kindest and extremely generous. There is currently one cabine (very clean and comfortable; 2 more cabins to be built in the future), a garden with a lot of fruit trees and medicinal plants, a small archeological museum, and a dining area beside a river with wildlife. The breakfast with local food was delicious and generous, and we could see toucans just beside. The family shared a lot of information with us about the area and their plantation. Again, just WOW!

Best place we stayed in Costa Rica. Full of space and the owners are very kind. Everything was very easy with them, and they even helped us with our laundry. We stayed there to drive to the volcano and Rio Celeste.

We highly recommend Birds & Breakfast! The location is so beautiful and peaceful, and the accommodation felt like an escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Fabio was an excellent host and went above and beyond to provide us with recommendations for nature walks, activities, and eateries in the local area. A trek through the Children's Eternal Rainforest is a must! The traditional breakfasts each morning were another highlight.

A beautiful piece of paradise. The team were very friendly and helpful, the food was lovely and it was in a quiet spot off the road but close to La Fortuna. We wish we could have stayed longer, it was very relaxing.

Lovely family. Beautiful views from the property. We loved playing with the dogs and watching the birds, volcano and lake. Also, the breakfast was super fresh and delicious, especially the fresh juice, yummy
