Everything was just amazing! The staff is super friendly and helpful (they booked bustickets and activities for us). The owner Darío is also really nice and on Friday we received a salsa lesson from his wife, which was a lot of fun! The pool is great for the hot days. The shower also gets really hot (you don’t know how much you miss hot showers until you don’t have them available anymore) and everything is spotless clean. The location is amazing as well, everything is around the corner.

What a great place to stay ! Such a nice welcome, the staff is always ready to help you and give you advices. You can feel that they genuinely want you to have a good time there. The rooms are nice and the beds are confortable, its clean, you can use the kitchen which is well equiped, the location is perfect, close to the main square and to the small bus terminal from which you can take buses to visit the surroundings. I really enjoyed my stay here.

Enjoyed my stay at the hostel. Room came with a comfortable bed and had shelving to put my things. Big shower with hot water. A rather simple hostel in terms of facilities, but had a nice common area and drinks, etc are available for purchase. The owners were very knowledgeable about buses, activities etc although I did none as I suffered from the worst case of food poisoning in my life while there (they were supportive of me during it). Everything kept very clean. Neighborhood is safe and close to the central square. A bit limited neighborhood if you like to not always eat Colombian food (the opposite side of the square offers more options) although I highly recommend Terramonti House around the corner for gourmet international cuisine at reasonable prices. Wifi was lightning fast though it did not always get along with my Chromebook Internet card (not their fault),

Very friendly personnel ; spacious room with powerful shower, conveniently located 7min walking from terminalito from where you can go to various tourist attractions. Alternatively you can book tours with pick ups included. Crossing the bridge brings you into the commercial shopping mall with food court and Metro supermarket. We are afamily of 4 adult, 1 toddler, 1 dog and stayed for 6 days in 3 rooms. This family run hotel has lovely friendly and helpful Spanish speaking staff, clean, comfortable & spacious rooms, very functional, stylish and spacious common areas. Enjoyed the firepit. Especially loved cooking in the large shared kitchen that was well equipped. Easy to communicate with before arrival and during the stay when out with WhatsApp. Staff accommodated for and assisted in organising birthday celebrations. Location is 8 minutes from the main road so was very peaceful with great views across the hills and cool breezes.

Nice and quiet area close to a shoping center. Tidy and cosy room with a private bathroom for a decent price. I loved the shared area. It's a cool square between rooms with all the equipment to relax, use a kichen or make a laundry. It's covered from the top and hidden from a street but with an open airflow.

Location great, 10 min by foor to the city center, 2 min to the mall (with a supermarket) and far away from noise - friendly owner and service - well equiped kitchen - comfortable and clean room - Wi-Fi was fast - laundry machine for free - super quiet (we had a room not facing the street), respectful guests
