B&Bs in Golden

Jeannie was an awesome hostess. The room was extremely clean and very quiet.

Good location within a calm area and easy private parking. Amazing and varied breakfast (options eggs, fruits, cereal, yogurt, coffee/thé, orange juice) Super warm jacuzzi Very clean and super welcomy hosts.

The breakfast was delicious and home-made (fresh waffles, fresh scones, fruit salad). The entire team welcomed us and was very helpful and interested/interesting. The atmosphere is such that you want to spend time in the living area on the first floor and meet people from the lodge and other guests.

The location is a few kilometres outside the city of Golden but a world away. I felt like I was in Austria when I was what looked like a Gasthaus or German bed and breakfast. It turns out the owner is from South Tirol in Sustria and built this place. When we arrived we couldn’t see much of the Rockies due to fires from Alberta but the next day when it cleared what a panorama. You just don’t get any more beautiful than this Brandy is a superb hostess, so friendly and caring. She loves to talk and so do I so we had a lovely tour of this huge house. The house was so cool even though the outside temps were in the 30’s She showed us a basement room where guests could store food in the fridge or order take out and sit and watch a movie. Our room was upstairs and had a gorgeous balcony view of the mountains. Everything was clean and the place was very comfortable, The house is painted in very bright colours, not everybody’s taste but I loved it. The breakfast again was superb - fresh fruit salad and juice, fresh coffee of course and then a delicious open sandwich with bacon, egg, tomato, cheese served on great bread Our room was comfortable with adequate place to hang clothes, a desk, comfy bed and small but adequate bathroom I cant speak more highly about this place we stayed two nights and it wasn’t enough. We found the place so relaxing overlooking the majestic mountains and so close to Yoho National Park

The cabin was a wonderful little space to enjoy for a couple's trip to the mountain. All the amenities you'd need were made readily available. To location was peaceful with gorgeous views of the mountains from the front porch and a lovely bottle of wine included. Brochures and pamphlets of nearby attractions and hikes helped is plan the perfect weekend.

No breakfast. Lots of very nice touches. Washing machine and dryer were such a blessing. Very nice hosts.
