Blackburn Lake B&B was such a comfortable, convenient, and engaging 3-night stay - and we will return again. Chris is a wonderful host, and is both hospitable and highly accomplished as a chef. It was reasonably clean, we were welcomed at 10pm with a huge smile and set up with easy access to our room (programmed door lock). Comfortable bed.

everything was clean, the house is lovely and cozy, kitchen had everything we needed, fridge with water ad ice dispenser and magdalena is just the absolut sweetest. would't want to stay anywhere else!

Great quiet location. Comfortable space, clean facilities and host has gone the extra mile supplying the little things like sunscreen, dishwasher, hair-dryer, etc. Awesome coffee shop a few minutes walk away on Brewer Road. Host Joe found the right blend of allowing privacy while offering attentiveness and easy communication if needed.

Room was nice, clean and big enough. Property is located near tram station that goes directly to city center. Host is very friendly and provided very useful information. He even lent us myki cards.
