Owner and whole team including cleaners we're most accommodating and helpful in every way. Could not have wished for better.

Property was very centrally located - just a 5 minute walk to restaurants/markets/supermarket. Overlooks the water and is a few minutes walk to the waterfront. The staff are fantastic too. After asking one of the lovely ladies if we could grab one of those small hotel-sized milks in our fridge for coffee, she went down to the supermarket and bought us a litre carton of milk which was so sweet of her. They also kindly accommodated an earlier check-in for us (11:45am!) Elliot (the managing director) is fantastic also. I accidentally left my jacket behind in the hotel prior to my flight back to Australia and he said he’d ship it over free of charge! In terms of our room - we had a washing machine & dryer, full sized fridge, king sized bed, couch, tv, oven and stove top. Fantastic customer service, great apartment and fantastic location too - highly recommend!

Erakor Island Resort & Spa offers lovely villas featuring a private terrace and ocean views. The property includes a restaurant, bar, day spa and tour desk. The location, the people, the comfort, the food, the facilities, everything was excellent for us.

Located on Mele Bay, Paradise Cove Resort features a private beach providing easy access to some of Port Vila's best snorkelling and diving sites. L'accueil, le cadre et le bungalow, confortable et décoré avec goût.

Was a perfect place to spend one night near Port Vila without having to be in the city. I loved the tiny village nearby, went to local kava bar and was welcomed so wonderfully as well as at a little street food stand that had local specialties. Walking around the property was wonderful with many gorgeous views out on the water. The room itself is all new and nice - much higher quality than most accomodation on the islands. Is set-up more for long term stay (with laundry and kitchen) but I thought it was perfect to be in nature.

Loved the seaside setting in a lagoon like and quiet strip of the Efate coast.north of Port Vila. Quality bar food, lovely fresh fish and the staff made every effort to ensure our needs were met. We didn't go fishing, unlike mosti of the guests, but found it a great place for short beach walks, swimming and just relaxing with a book for 3 nights.

M Resort & Spa was just a perfect hideaway for us. It’s located by a beautiful reef where you can go snorkelling and stand up paddling. The equipment is provided by the hotel. They also organized a boat trip to Lelepa island for us. The food was delicious and the staff was so friendly and welcoming. It was just a perfect stay! Would definitely come back one day!

L’établissement South Pacific Memories vous accueille à Port Vila, à 14 km de ce lieu d’intérêt : Konanda Reef. Perfect place in Vanuatu! The location is in a secluded area right on the reef with great snorkeling and diving on site. I had no plans of diving but wound up doing my first intro dive here and it was perfect… Peeta is a highly experienced and comforting instructor! The bungalows are new and super clean. Very spacious and just appointed in the nicest way. The atmosphere here is pure relaxation and super friendly. I also stayed at Breakas (right up the road) a few nights and the differences are huge. Breakas was pure party scene and not as clean, where here it’s just quiet and chill (yes they have a bar here as well though). I wound up going to breakas for some fun one night and then sleeping here which was perfect! Here they also provide really good food and you can simply stay here all day and they feed you haha! Getting into town is a little tricky but totally doable. Take the bike, or walk 10 minutes or so to the main road to catch the bus out. Getting back is super easy from town by bus. They have free rental bikes as well which are in excellent shape. I booked 2 nights but wound up staying 3 due to flight cancellation. They accommodated me during my struggle to rebook with the airline and that was such a breath of fresh air.

Really phenomenal location with the most pleasant hosts. You have the entire 1.6km of waterfront essentially to yourself with many areas for swimming and resting. I loved the well manicured space around the house, the two doggies happily running around, and the overall energy of the space. The room was comfortable enough for a few days and I especially enjoyed the day bed for reading and napping. The breakfast was really something to look forward to - always different and delicious. Dinners were also great, exploring different cuisines. Would love to return!
