Located on the waterfront, this property is situated in Ersfjordbotn in the Troms Region. Tromsø city centre is 21 km away. Boat rentals, bike hire and Northern Lights safaris can be arranged with the property. I didn't expect that the apartment that I rent was that big. It is excellent and it face directly to the sea (west). The place is not totally isolated, there are some houses nearby. Still, you will need a car. The bed is okay, just the top bunk bed is squeaky. Other facility is also work like brand new. If you have the intention to catch the aurora, it will not be as easy as going out to your balcony and saw one. In most of the time, you will need to go to a slightly remote area. The balcony facing west when normally aurora spread from north to south. You can walk a bit in the neighbourhood but behind the apartment, there's a hill that will block the way. Again, it might not always happened likat what I describe. You must have your car and hunt the aurora to a dark area where there is no light. And, if you stay here, we are only talking about 2 to 10 Km away to find such location.

The property is non-smoking and is set 20 km from Tromsø City Hall. House of Ellie was fantastic. It is located at the end of a fjord so the anpartment and bedroom window looks across the fjord. We were there for almost midnight sun and Ellie set up chairs for us outside when we arrived. Spectacular views. It’s also located next to our favourite Tromso cafe. The room was very clean, extremely comfortable and had a fridge. Ellie was so helpful and very responsive to messages. We liked it so much that we’ve booked again for our return to Tromso in a few weeks.

I loved everything about this little house, the location is so peaceful and quiet, the house is very cozy and well equipped. The owner was super helpful and always quick to reply when I had a question. Great stay allover!
