I chose this hotel primarily for its excellent location, being just one train stop away from Kansai Airport, which made it incredibly convenient for my travel plans. I was pleasantly surprised by how spacious and clean the room was, much larger than I expected for a hotel near an airport. The view from my room was a real bonus, as I could see the airport and surrounding areas, which added a nice touch to the overall experience. The facilities were well-maintained, and I appreciated the attention to detail in cleanliness. The bed was comfortable, and the room had everything I needed to feel at ease. Despite being close to the airport, it was surprisingly quiet, so I had a very restful stay. The breakfast was another highlight of my visit. Not only did the dining area offer a lovely view, but there was also a wide variety of food to choose from, with options to suit different tastes. Whether you prefer traditional Japanese dishes or more Western-style options, there was something for everyone, and everything was fresh and well-prepared. Overall, I’m really glad I picked this hotel. It exceeded my expectations in terms of comfort, convenience, and service. I would definitely stay here again, especially if I have an early flight from Kansai Airport.

There was a small garden area in front and out a gate and we were in the Sea. Having swim directly in front of the house was perfect. Everything about this house was perfect and it was a pity it was only available for the two days we stayed there. We will definitely share this location with our friends planning trips to Japan.

The location is very convenient, just off the highway and close to Awaji attractions. The rooms are clean, modern, and comfortable, and the staff were polite and helpful.

I'm not easily excited, but this is probably the first time I give a 10 out of 10 (and would give it 11 if I could). The staff is really exceptional (even for Japanese standards), very polite, very kind and very considerate. The building was built in the 70s (it's been a family business ever since) so it got the flair from that time (even the faucets on the washbasin in the bathroom seem to be from that era). Everything is well kept and working without problems. And of course verything is clean. It's located just next to the two tunnels leading towards the city, so it's conveniently accessed by car (be sure to slow down when exiting the tunnel or you'll miss it). By foot it's 20 minutes and only one of the tunnels can be used - I'd recommend a taxi. For foreigners: The staffs English is a bit limited, but it's sufficient for basic communication. If you want an authentic stay with the kind of atmosphere you might have seen in an older movie: This is your place to go.

Tout est parfait dans ce B&B, on a été choyées du début à la fin et même après la fin. Les hôtes font beaucoup pour que notre séjour soit parfait. L’accueil est parfait on en a profité pour mangé le midi dans le café. Super 👍🏼 ! La chambre vue mer est juste parfaite aussi… Sérénité et calme au rendez vous … on a pu profité d’expérience proposé par le B&B comme le yoga dans le temple le matin, suivi par copie du Sutra avec toujours le même moine. Il était parfait lui aussi. Les petits déjeunes différents chaque jour sont parfaits aussi… on a découvert la spiruline bleu, et aussi des boissons énergisantes naturelles le second matin. Les adresses indiqués pour manger sont aussi exquises ! Comme celle au bas de la rue, adresse japonaise typique familiale simple. Best Katsudon 🙌🏼! Et la reco pour un head spa chez Polé pole. Parfait aussi l’hôte a réservé pour nous 🙏🏼. Bref allez y !!!!

Having a decent pool w/ ocean view is very rare in Japan. I really enjoyed it. Although would be better if it was less warm. Wine was pretty good too. I also loved that they deliver breakfast to the room. Eating while watching at the ocean is something.
