Situated in Koonoomoo in the Victoria Region, 48 km from Yarrawonga, Ingenia Holidays Murray Bend boasts a sun terrace and a private beach area. Mulwala is 46 km from the property. Free private parking is available on site. There was so much we loved about our stay. We booked 4 self contained units for our extended family of 21. The accommodation was comfortable and clean. Bathroom products were supplied, which was a welcomed touch. Access to the beach river side was awesome 👌 We also spotted 4 Koala's, many kangaroos, ducks and beautiful birds. Some of our group also enjoyed a spot of fishing in the dams.

Situated on 68 acres of land, Merool Holiday Park offers self-contained accommodation located a 5-minute drive from Port of Echuca. This 4-star property offers an outdoor pool and free-standing private cabins with kitchen facilities. I loved this place! It's a holiday park and I traveled outside school holiday times, so it was basically empty, but that was nice. The little cabins are wonderful; very spacious, super comfortable beds, nice little kitchens, and even a porch to relax on. The park is also right on the Murray, so you can go safely swim in the river down near the boat ramp or in the pools which looked great as well. There's a massive games room and BBQs outside. The place seems to be themed as a sort of frontier town and the little shops are probably open during school holiday times. Lots of cockatoos and kookaburras, beautiful sunsets, and only about 10 minutes driving from the center of Echuca (just watch out for roos at dawn and dusk!). Great internet too.

Activities such as fishing, canoeing, hiking can be enjoyed in the surroundings, and guests can relax along the beachfront. The holiday home has a picnic area where you can spend a day out in the open.
