Staff is very helpful. Checkin and the whole process was smooth. Rooms are well maintained. Great views as well. I travelled to Abu Dhabi with my girlfriend for a special occasion, my birthday, and the team at the St. Regis Abu Dhabi was exceptional, especially our butler Mahoni and her small kindnesses throughout our stay (welcome, birthday cake, invitation the champagne sabering ritual). We had the chance to get our room upgraded with a beautiful view on both the city and the beach. We had amazing dining experiences at the onsite restaurants, ones of the best in the city: Catch and Villa Toscana. The hotel has also great facilities: beach club, fitness room, spa.

We recently stayed at the Ritz-Carlton Abu Dhabi for a much-needed staycation to escape the busy daily life in Dubai, and it was everything we hoped for and more. The exceptional service provided by the staff truly made our experience unforgettable. A special mention goes to Mandeep and Dinali at the reception, who were incredibly pleasant, professional, and welcoming. Additionally, Kasun and Zain at the pool/beach bar stood out with their excellent service and professionalism, making our time by the water even more enjoyable. The breakfast was outstanding, with an impressive variety of delicious options. The staff were highly attentive, promptly clearing dishes and ensuring the experience was smooth and enjoyable. We also dined at Li Jiang restaurant, where the food and service were equally exceptional. This hotel is a perfect getaway for anyone looking to relax and unwind. Our stay was a success, and we attribute that to the warm hospitality of the staff and the amazing food. We’re already looking forward to our next visit. Highly recommend!

The staff is really friendly and always have a smile on their face when they see guests. there is a great energy between the guests, hotel facilities and staff. everything is calm. the beach is great and the pool was perfect warm in april the food was excellent . we had breakfast and dinner but you can switch dinner to lunch or pay for each lunch extra and enjoy the various and healthy buffet, just amazing, the drinks like water, coffee and juices are included in the buffet (In the hotel is no serving of alcohol, which was great for us) we had a room with balcony with an amazing few ( to the emirates palace and the president house, also side sea view). Infront of the hotel is a cafe , tennis court, a small supermarket and lots of taxis to discover Abu Dhabi. We rented a car To visit 'Dubai for 1 day which was very convenient to pick it up at the hotel and bring it back to the hotel Overall we enjoyed our stay with our kids (5,10) very much and would like to come back the hotel is about 30 minutes taxi drive from the airport away and a short fly from Europe :-) thank you
