We absolutely loved everything about our stay at long beach chalet. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, nothing was ever an issue. They helped us with booking massages, shuttles and excursions. The place itself is beautiful and we were chuffed with our room! Would love to stay again !

This is a gorgeous resort built up on the side of the mountain, giving amazing views. We loved everything here. The rooms are spacious with a nice layout and modern decor. Every meal we had a delicious, and the service from everyone at the resort was 5 star all day long. The beach is just amazing with plenty of room and not a bunch of loungers crammed together. I would love to revisit this resort in the future.

-Absolutely everything !! - the wifi is perfect ! I need very good wifi for video calls and haven't had any problem once -I stayed in several 4-5* accomodations around asia but the service couldn't be compared to this place :) -The owners (very sweet couple) are the nicest people and will do literally anything to make your stay the best possible -amazing view from room, amazing location close to everything, the beach is really nice -they provide it all - transport, tours, motorbike rental, laundry washing, coffee, water in glass bottles - daily refill, beach towels....

This place is amazing! Paul and Joy are so friendly and provided me with exceptional care and assistance. They both have great English skills and despite my limited abilities, they were incredibly patient and understanding. I'm truly grateful. I love tranquility, and this place fulfills all my needs. The hotel ambiance, location, and everything else are outstanding. And let's not forget about the adorable cat, Lala, and the lovely dog. I adore them both. Of course, there are also plenty of exciting things to do in the vicinity.. I can't wait for our next encounter. Hopefully, by then, my English skills will have improved so that I can share even more interesting experiences with you.

The hotel is beautifully furnished and located just a few meters from the beach. The rooms have all the necessary equipment and a wonderful terrace. The owners and hotel staff are some of the friendliest people we met in all of Thailand. The breakfasts and the food in general at the hotel are a 10 out of 10. I absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful vacation in an idyllic location.

A very good relation price/ quality. The location was amazing! My bungalow didn't have direct view to the sea (I wasn't expected that, photos are very clear), but it was only need to quit the door to see it, and it was located only 200 steps away from the beach :) Mr. Ex was very kind and helpful; I'll stay here again for sure, when I return to Koh Lanta one day!
