The staff were super welcoming and the site was clean and felt well run. The kids loved the swimming pool and also playing pool. The beds were comfy.

Really cosy room and comfy bed. As the name describes it (glamping), the room is very small but the bed is comfy and the linen was really nice. The description lists the accommodation as a shared bathroom but I had it all to myself (along with kitchenette and laundry) which was certainly nice for this solo traveller! I later learnt that for the moment, the individuals or group who have booked have exclusive use of the bathroom which you’re not sharing it with strangers (there are two other glamping cabins). Everything was immaculately clean. The accommodation is on the edge of town but I liked the location as it’s closer to the coast and a swimming spot. Communication with the owner was fab, she even suggested a few dinner spots which was thoughtful.

Can’t speak high enough about this place. A real find! Very clean, plenty of facilities, very spacious, friendly staff.

Convenient to hiking, boat tours, etc. Room was on ground floor. Didn’t have to carry suitcases up stairs. Room faced the back of the property with a mountain view and local cattle. Very quiet with a private outdoor sitting area. Large room with well equipped kitchenette. The unit was very clean. Owners were great.

The hosts were pleasant. They were willing to share so much with us. Breakfast was like a buffet at a great hotel, with breads, pastries, cereals, eggs,milk, homemade jams, and fresh fruits. They are developing a very eco-friendly place and take care to continue to be environmentally conscious..

Kaiteriteri Reserve Apartments is set in Kaiteriteri overlooking the golden sand beach. The accommodation is air-conditioned and features a flat-screen TV.

Fantastic 2 bed apartment right on the beach. Great facilities provided in the kitchen and bathroom. Including beach towels, bath towels, toiletries and even little washing powder sachets for the washing machine. Parking spot available was really handy. They also have a tonne of amenities right outside including: a convenience store, fish/chip/burger place, pub, tour booking booths etc. It’s right on the doorstep of the beach, where you can relax and swim. It also had water taxis, tour boats etc to bring you up the coast which you can book at the booths outside the apartment. There was also kayak, paddleboards, jet ski and other things available to rent on the beach.
