We had a lovely stay at the Apple Cider Lodge watching the tides moving in and out, eating farmfresh eggs for breakfast, sipping cider as a sundowner and sleeping in heavenly beds. The Lodge provided everything we needed and even more (our 2.5 yo was so happy about the toys). The surrounding offers many great spots to explore as beaches, regional parks, restaurants, shops, weekend markets and many more.

Extremely comfortable, it had everything & more we needed. Plenty of space, well appointed. It was spotless. A beautiful deck with table & chairs to enjoy the view. A great coffee machine.

How they keep their place clean and how the room is organized and designed. Everything was great and made it easy to stay and enjoy being with my 9 month old baby. Plenty of space but cozy room to be able to pay attention to my baby while I do other stuff. Close to the lovely beach and shops.both walking distance but you can go by a cat to make it easy and has a parking lot. I wish we could stay longer to enjoy the room and area. I would definitely come back here if I visited this area.

Our apartment was perfect for a group of friends staying in Leigh for a wedding. The apartment was spotless, very spacious and comfortable with a good kitchen, modern bathroom and comfy beds. Peter and Anne were great hosts and were very communicative.

Take in stunning views of the beach, that is within a 2-minute walk from Pakiri Beach Holiday Park.

A wonderfully remote and quiet holiday park. The beach is wide and clean and marvelous for long walks. The birdlife (Tui and others that I don't recognise) sings and chatters in the trees that are throughout the immaculately kept grounds. The recreation rooms are well stocked with games and books and even a large-screen movie room. There's barbeque shelters and fish-cleaning stations, too. The camp kitchen and bathrooms are large and spotlessly clean.

The Hideout offers rooms in Mangawhai. This country house features a garden, barbecue facilities, free WiFi and free private parking.

The little houses are wonderfully located. You are surrounded by nature and a close drive to Te Arai Beach (where you can take surf lessons as well). We only stayed for one night but would have loved to stay longer. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming. The place clean, sunny and the oerfect size for two ppl with baggage. We would definetly come back if we could! Very good prize for what is offered.

Very peaceful, quiet. We love the serene of the nature that surrounded it. It was also an interesting but wonderful experience for the owner to send over their friendly dog to come play with us and kept us company for a while. My family enjoyed that very much :) but we were a bit sad that we didn’t see the dog again when we left the farm :(

The location was excellent - a very short walk to the beach and a great walking path. The house was beautifully appointed with everything we could possibly need during our stay.
