This stay was exactly what we were looking for. It is just a couple minutes walk from the ferry and close to all of the beaches and restaurants. It was clean, spacious, and as described, with everything in excellent condition. We had the pool to ourselves and made friends with Mochi, the sweet resident cat in the courtyard- it was our own little oasis! The pool is secluded and private, with walls blocking the wind, which was actually better than the rooftop pools at nearby options since the wind seems to always blow at least a bit. The plants were beautiful and it is clear someone here loves to propagate them. The attention to detail was so appreciated!

Everything was perfect. The location was great, the place was clean, quiet, and felt very safe. There was air conditioning, a clean bathroom, and the room was spacious with a kitchen. At first, I hesitated to book because there weren't many reviews, but I’m so glad I did — I’ll definitely stay here again when I return to Isla Mujeres. The owner, Victor, was incredibly hospitable and such a kind person. Highly recommended!
