The hotel owner, Enrico, is a super friendly guy who genuinely cares about his guests, ensuring their comfort and enjoyment. Me and my girlfriend recently had the pleasure of staying at the Boutique Hotel in Sri Lanka, and it was an experience we'll cherish forever. A big part of what made our stay so special was the wonderful hospitality shown by Ms. Dias, the owner, and her amazing staff. Firstly, Ms. Dias was incredibly helpful and kind. She was instrumental in organizing a birthday surprise for my girlfriend, which turned out to be absolutely perfect. Her warmth and willingness to assist in any way she could really stood out to us. The staff at the hotel were equally fantastic. Every single person, from the waiters to the chef, and even the guard, went out of their way to make us feel welcome, safe, and well-cared-for. Their friendliness and attention to detail were noticeable and made our stay that much better. Speaking of attention to detail, the food at the hotel deserves a special mention. The restaurant served some of the most delicious meals we've had. Every dish was a delight, and the chef clearly knows their craft. The breakfasts were particularly great, a perfect start to each day with a wide variety of options to choose from. The hotel itself was immaculately clean, spacious, and comfortable. The pool area was a great place to relax, and we spent quite a bit of time there enjoying the serene atmosphere. Overall, our stay at the Boutique Hotel was nothing short of wonderful. We're so grateful to Ms. Dias and her team for their exceptional service and for making our trip to Sri Lanka so memorable. We're definitely looking forward to coming back!

Loved everything during our stay, from the very warm welcome, amazing breakfasts to the very comfortable room. Liked the location, with a few cute restaurants and coworkspace minutes walking away, a bit further from the busy main streets. Saw many birds and even a monkey from the terrace. Nice 15min walk over the (bit dirty unfortunately) beach to the main beginner surfspot. Other beaches and towns easily reachable by bus or tuktuk.

The location is simply breathtaking – the hotel is situated right by the ocean, offering stunning views and the soothing sound of waves throughout the stay. From the moment we arrived at Cape Weligama, our honeymoon became truly unforgettable. The villa we stayed in was incredibly spacious, offering every comfort imaginable, including a luxurious bathroom with its own sauna. The highlight was the stunning infinity Moon Pool, where we could relax while enjoying breathtaking ocean views. The Beach Club with private beach access made our stay even more special, giving us the perfect balance of privacy and relaxation by the sea. The gastronomy was simply outstanding—every breakfast, lunch, and dinner was of the highest quality, comparable to a world-class five-fork restaurant. We are especially grateful to our host, Salman, who was always attentive and ensured every detail of our stay was perfect. Our heartfelt thanks also go to the entire service team, particularly Lahiru, whose warm and impeccable service made us feel at home. The hotel also organized a safari to Yala National Park, taking care of everything from the comfortable transport from the hotel to the park, to arranging our own private jeep and guide once inside. Our guide, Damitha, impressed us with his excellent explanations and deep knowledge of the park, making the experience even more enriching. To make the day even more special, we enjoyed a spectacular lunch at Wild Coast Tented Lodge, another property from the Resplendent group—an experience that exceeded all expectations. We had a magical honeymoon on the southern coast of Sri Lanka, and without a doubt, we will return next year to celebrate our anniversary at this paradise.

    The family room was a perfect size for us. The hotel is located right on the beach, and you can swim In the ocean or go next door and order a couple of beers from the bar and use their pool. Central Weligama & Marissa are only a short tuk tuk ride away.

    The host Edwin was really kind, supportive and helped in every way possible. The rest of the team as well! There is a really nice rooftop with sofas and oceanview, you can even see the surfspot. Sunset with music and a bonfire just up front at the beach.

    - Beautifully landscaped garden facing the beach - Beach virtually private beach with loungers - Clean room - nice personel - the accommodation is a bit quieter, in Weligama itself there is a lot going on on the beach and there are higher waves, so there are a lot of surfers in the water, here in the beach resort it is much quieter, therefore much more suitable for families with small children than directly on the beach
