Firstly, Antonio is an exceptional host. He is extremely kind, caring, attentive, and responsive. He prepares you a small, delicious 3 course breakfast with coffee and drinks each morning at the time of your choosing. I cannot speak highly enough of him. The location is phenomenal, I think you’d struggle to find better in Stintino. Perfect to visit the small town and the surrounding beaches, including La Pelosa. Stintino is a beautiful little village and nice to stroll around in the evenings. The room was very comfortable. Although, we chose the 14m squared double room with sea view. All the rooms are the same price so I’d probably elect for a larger one so there is more room for your wet towels and swimmers. Rooms are serviced daily.

The place is amazing! It operates like a small city. You can find everything you need in there. There is no need to go out. The restaurant is huge, free wine with every meal, the beach was kind of private, only for us. Amazing experience. Every night there were live music and games. I would love to comeback.

Location of this apartment is very good, it has everything you might need when you are away. Also you could you see how some of the rooms was renovated, such as the kitchen. Great attachment, the artificial grass outside, as this area is hot and dry by default, having the artificial grass it automatically refreshes the area, making it possible to enjoy outside.

All was beautiful, personal, breakfast, rooms the garden was very nice!! Sorry that we couldn’t stay longer due to our round trip around Sardegna. We love it and in future we will plan again to stay there!

    The lication right on Sardinia’s best beach is spectacular. The access to lounges on lawn next to the water; good wifi; parking etc. Check in includes the wonderful front desk lady showing you the apartment and all the tips for the property. Even has a laundry to use if need be

    Beautiful location, spot on the beach & with stunning views. Breakfast at the restaurant across the road was great, which was also a nice location for dinner. I also appreciated the balcony with seats & drying rack.
