We had the most loveliest stay in Fort Kochi. For us, Guestland Homestay was simply perfect: in a quiet location, authentic + delicious breakfast, great spacious rooms, the greatest staff ever, always ready to help, and near both touristy and non-touristic areas, yoga studios, sea front, fantastic restaurants, bike rental. A very nice heritage hotel with Portuguese tiles and teak wood. The staff is beyond any praises! They fulfilled all our needs and requests!!! To be frank, not all the rooms are perfect but we were moved to another room upon request - really appreciated! The best cappuccino in town!

We loved everything, the hosts were wonderful, also helping us how to get around Kerala. The room and bathroom were clean, they provided all the facilities, we also had access to the small kitchen and a fridge. Location is also great you can reach everything on foot (fort, Kathakali show, supermarkets …)

A very warm and friendly lady runs the place. Easy to talk to with a great sense of humor. We rented a fully furnished apartment and could also sit in the garden just outside our door. Cute cats and all kinds of birds around the garden. She cared for all our needs such as breakfast and went to buy what she didn’t have to make us fruit lassi. We really recommend this charming home stay.

Comfortable stay with personalised service from Saj anything wanted to know Saj was there to make my stay stress free. From organising a backwater tour cheaper than anybody. Breakfast was perfect a blend local home cooked food to continental. Would definitely stay here again.

An absolutely stunning boutique hotel at the core of the best touristic attraction of Kochi. All the good restaurant are at walking distance and with a rickshaw booked with Uber (so no surprise in pricing) everything must see is reachable. The hotel itself is a true living museum to the glorious portuguese past. The personnel is kind, helping, courteous and full of goos advices. Highly recommended
