The hotel was amazing the views the rooms everything for a really good price the only thing is that I couldn’t get a bigger room because the hotel is booked all year long so make sure to look for a round with many months ahead.

We stayed in the studio and just loved it!!! It was beautiful, and charming. Incredible views of the volcanos. A stunning walk to Santa Cruz town. The paddle boards were a treat. We loved everything about our stay.

You get your own little house at the most beautiful location by the lake with volcano view just across. We were sad to leave it. If you a looking for a quiet and little out of the ordinary experience, then come here. If you like to cook there is an outside kitchen and patio.

The friendliest host in the quiet calm location of Jaibalito. The place was just renovated and it definitely has a charm to it. Many spots to sit down and either get some work done or have a good read of your book or one of the books they keep on display. Kitchen is available for food prep and there are grocery stores less than a minute walk away. Great vibe! Would've stayed here longer if I had known about it prior to booking my next stay.

Thanks to our lovely host Lee, we stayed in the beautiful Casa Balam in a hummingbird filled garden beside the lake. Perfect small villa appartment for a couple, with cooking facilities. Early morning kayaks along the lake shore, clear water to swim in. We are definitely coming back.

    The villa with two rooms was clean, and spacious. All the amenities offered are good, fridge, living room, TVs, etc. Breakfast included was good, nice smimming pool, beautiful gardens, nice private beach with seating area with umbrellas, all very nice.

    Incredible location with a private beach and lovely pool. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The view of Lake Atitlan/ the Volcanoes was stunning.

    A great hotel in the natural reserve. It has access to all the amenities of the reserve. The room was great, comfortable. We had access to a private beach on the lake (10-15 minute walk), amazing view, and got to swim. There’s also a path to a beautiful waterfall. We got to feed some pizotes and monkeys on the property (had to get bananas in the city). The butterfly dome is included in the stay. And for additional pay we got do go zip lining (with a discount), that was an amazing experience, the views were breathtaking.
