Most beautiful apartment ever. We had the LOVELIEST time. The location is perfect, just a 5 minute walk from every bar, restaurant and shop in Old Town Annecy. Very comfortable and the decor was a surprise! Perfect for a romantic couples’ holiday. The attention to detail was amazing. My only regret is that we didn’t stay for longer! We stayed during a heatwave, the outside temperature was 38 degrees Celsius but the temperature inside the apartment was very comfortable and cool.

The location was brilliant: in the old town, easy walk from the station/to the lake. Boulangerie & bile hire place opposite the flat. Lovely old building, flat well insulated so warm and quiet. A lot of thought has gone into the design: no clutter but bright, modern & functional but very cosy and comfortable at the same time. Brilliant use of space.

In a quiet location but very close to the centre of Annecy, which is a beautiful lake town. Apartment was very clean with a good sized balcony , great to sit and dine out on. We were met by owner's son who spoke good English and ran through things. I stupidly posted the keys when leaving in the wrong postbox but owners were thankfully very understanding. Please don't make the same mistake if staying here. Thank you for everything Christophe and Rafael

The apartment was impeccably clean and spacious for four. All amenities are provided throughout the apartment including lots of storage space. It's only a 9 minute walk from the coach/rail station if you are arriving/departing that way and excellently located to explore the rest of Annecy including the lake, downtown, old town, and bars and restaurants. Perfect accommodation for a lovely break to Annecy. Sophie was also a wonderful host - great comms, before and throughout, and general helpfulness.

We really enjoyed to stay in Monica's apartament. The view on the lake from the balcony and kitchen was really beautiful. The apt was very clean and comfortable. The location was closed to the old city. We could walk from there to the lake and the main attractions. Our stay was perfect and we recommend it to everyone. Furthermore, we brought with us our dog and Monica and her husband were very nice and helpful. They also allowed us to keep our car longer in the garage while we were doing extra shopping.
