Breakfast was perfect...variety for both our tastes. The grounds and beach were amazing. Bonus were the trails connected to the property. The buildings, and history were way beyond what we expected. (They exceeded the pictures on-line) The beach was quiet and very relaxing. We really enjoyed venturing about a block to the "town" and experiencing the happy atmosphere of this gathering place. A couple of great restaurants and grocery store. The food at the resort was great as well.

This location is different than we usually choosing during our trips. It is close to jungle/forrest, what is highly appreciated. As well as during the day it is nice stay with SUP/kayak possibilities (it is free!), we like that a lot! This area is part of some park so there is no possibility to hike around a lot, you can do SUP/kayak (mentioned before) or you need to buy boat trip or take a taxi to Pochote and travel by your car or take a bus. Breakfast and other food was perfect, we appreciated that a lot! Please install some nets to one window in bathroom and in living room.

We liked everything. The location is excellent. There are many interesting places nearby. A huge, beautiful, protected area. Spacious, clean, beautiful villa. Fully equipped kitchen and laundry room. This place was awesome. We ended up staying three nights and actually stayed in three different rooms due to other bookings. The staff were super accommodating to re-book us. If you can get the sea room with balcony, take it! Location was awesome. Close to the main strip on Montezuma and the waterfalls. Staff told us of all the great things to do nearby, including swimming hole with bioluminescent plankton.
