We booked this for one night only but the rain was relentless and this resulted in a mudslide closing the only road in and out of Mallacoota . We were so impressed with the friendliness and the can do attitude of this place. Jenny, the manager who looked after us was exceptional and gave us priority as guests for the room which was only booked for one night but them extended it over 3 days. Can’t thank her enough . The customer service lesson needs to be learnt from her and the whole hotel team. Thank you Jenny, I promise we will be back in better circumstances as promised to you.

The apartment was spacious and well equipped. The view from the terrace was amazing and provided the ideal spot to wind down The hammock and spa bath provided additional relaxation..Short walk to the town along the boardwalk. Our host was friendly and helpful.

We stayed in apartment 10 and loved it. Bed was super comfortable, everything was so clean . 2 balconies, washing machine. All the little extras ( clothes detergent, sunscreen, tooth picks, rubbish bags, tissues) all helped make our stay so comfortable. Garden and pool amazing. Looking forward to returning.

If u stay here, make sure u stay in either cabin 4 or 5 cuz OMG, It was like staying in a zoo. Beautiful birds of a variety of breeds, had a troop of kangaroos who were a permanent fixture at the front of my cabin during the day & koalas roaming at night. This place was exceptional & worth the extra you pay.
