They assisted us with almost everything that we need ! 😊 The included breakfast was delicious, offering a great start to our day. There is also an elevator and this is one of the reasons I chose this place. The location is outside the busier Old Quarter, which we actually appreciated—it provided a more peaceful atmosphere while still being accessible. We often walked to nearby restaurants, which gave us a chance to experience the local lifestyle up close. Overall, a great place to stay if you prefer a quieter yet convenient location in Hanoi!"

The accommodation itself was far better than expected and true to photo's listed online. It was clean and comfortable, which is all I ever expect. It is a great location which is within walking distance to the Old Quarter and all famous sites that we all visit to see. The street itself is nice and quiet, except for Saturday evenings when as you'd expect more people out and about. The laundry facility was great as I managed to get a load washed and dried in a few hours. The roof top area to sit has great views and great to just sit and have a quite drink or 2. I would highly recommend this place and will be back when I return in a year's time. Thank you ☺️
