This home is in a beautiful location with a comfortable balcony that we enjoyed. Everything was clean and comfortable with everything we needed to use the kitchen. We appreciated using the onsite washer and dryer but would have appreciated access to it earlier.

This is, without doubt, the best appointed holiday apartment we have ever stayed in. It has everything you could possibly need for a short break and all the equipment is new & of good quality. Lots of little extras were waiting for us on arrival, to the extent that we felt spoiled! (I won’t give details as it would spoil the surprise for future guests!). Great and much needed air conditioning in both the lounge and bedroom. It is conveniently located on the edge of the city centre, only a 5 minute stroll away. Although we didn’t meet our host, she was in regular contact via WhatsApp and clearly cares about her clients. Great value for money.

Situated 39 km from Trier Theatre, Maison Saarschleife Mettlach offers 5-star accommodation in Mettlach and has a garden. There is a private entrance at the apartment for the convenience of those who stay. Free private parking is available and the apartment also features bike hire for guests who want to explore the surrounding area. This was great location with easy access to restaurants and other attractions. The apartment was well equipped, nicely decorated and comfortable. The lighting was ambient though it did make the kitchen area a bit dark. It was also easy to connect with the hosts when we had questions.

Towels and bed linen are offered in the apartment. The accommodation is non-smoking. Everything in the house looks brand new. The kitchen is very modern and stocked with all the cookware, glassware, and equipment you could possibly need. It’s close to a grocery store as well. Little details like having extra blankets and pillows make it feel like home. Tons of natural light comes through the windows during the day and there are lots of well-placed lamps for evening ambiance. A lot of the artwork is original and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The whole place was spotless, including the bathroom which had soft, brilliantly white towels. There is a large outdoor seating area with couches, a table and chairs, and lovely flowers everywhere! Astrid is very responsive and replied within seconds whenever I messaged her. She even brought extra coffee beans for us to use in the super-fancy coffee machine. This is a really nice place in a great location if you want to do some hiking.
