The room and bathroom were both clean, comfortable and modern, the location was easy walking distance from everything I wanted/needed during my stay, and the owners were very friendly and helpful with anything I needed! The hotel is newly opened (I was the 3rd ever guest!) and so was a little bit hard for me to find at first with Google Maps, but I don’t imagine this being a problem once they have been open for longer and have fixed signs etc! I definitely recommend :)

It was perfect for my sister and I. Two separate comfortable and peaceful rooms. Though one is significantly bigger than the other. Having the convenience of a kitchenette and washing machine was ideal. But really… it’s all about the 17th floor with that amazing pool. Smallish but good clean gym with everything you need to get it done. And a sauna and steam room, what more can you ask for.

We stayed here for 7 nights in room 202. It was wonderful. The hotel is brand new with modern furnishings; the owners have anticipated the guest’s every need. The rooms are well-appointed, spotlessly clean, the beds very comfortable, and they have the best bath towels we’ve used in all of Asia. In addition to being surrounded by shops and restaurants, and a 5-minute walk to temples, a gym, and the night market, the magic here lies within the owners, a very kind and hospitable husband-and-wife team who, despite speaking only Thai, make you feel welcome and like you’re family. (They use Google Translate to communicate). They surprised us with a home-cooked breakfast one morning before we left on a jungle trek, and gave us a ride to the train station upon check out, saying, “We like to do nice things for our guests.” This truly IS a special place. If you stay here, you’ll be glad you did.

I like the security there. They have a main metal gate, access card, and room lock. It is extremely safe staying there. Furthermore, the owner, Apple, recommended me to stay at Room 225 as I told her before that I was sensitive to noise. The room was a very, very quiet room and i almost could not hear any traffic noise. When I was out and back in the room, I always found the owner / the maid cleaning my room. They replaced the bed sheet for me every 2 days, provided me 2 glasses of water daily, and cleaned the floor every day. I really appreciated what the owner provided a spotless and clean environment to me. The owner has a dog called Mak Yung, and I always fed him with lamb sticks. In gist, the services and environment there was extremely great. If you want to find a cheap, clean, safe, and quiet place to stay, Laph Kham House is your FIRST choice. I will definitely come back.

So far it was the best accommodation we have met in Thailand for such a reasonable price. It was 100% value for money! The house is sooooo clean that you can literally eat from the floor. No smell, no moisture, powerful air conditioning, amazing atmosphere. If only we could take this apartment everywhere we go with us! We were extremely happy to find a such an amazing place to stay. The host allowed us to prolong our stay for one more night, so we were lucky and really enjoyed. We were very late for the official check in time, but the hosts kindly waited for us. Thank you! Please continue keeping this place sooo nice! <3 If we are coming back, we are only choosing your place!
