Big apartment with two bedrooms, kitchen and huge balcony. The apartment was fully equipped, air conditioner in each room, washing and dryer machines. The view from our apartment was really majestic. Andy gave us a warm welcome and gave us a great overview of the islands, pointing out the best beaches and places to go. And then when he ushered us in to the room, the view just took our breath away. They'd even kept some food like bread and eggs in the refrigerator to get us started off. We had a wonderful time and hated that we had to leave. Thanks for making our holiday so very memorable.

We liked everything about Villa Bella. It was clean, new, and spacious (only 2 apartments in the house, so we had the whole upper floor), balcony is huge so you have 2 sitting areas with an amazing view since the beach is right across the road. The villa is not in the touristy part (just the way we like it) but the bus stop is a few meters away and the bus goes straight to Victoria. There is also a mini market not even 5 minutes away (walking) and also a really good takeaway right next to the store (but it is open only from 10am - 1.30/2pm). The kitchen is fully functional AND they have oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper for you to use which is really nice. They are also huge on security so there are gates to the property and an alarm system in the villa. Not that you need it but as they say better to be safe than sorry. Marie-Helen and Jean-Marc are amazing hosts, really nice and fast to respond to any wishes that you might have.

Perfect apartment for our needs. Well stocked, ground floor location only a short golf cart drive away from all of Eden Islands amenities (pool, restaurants, shopping, groceries.beaches) and free, covered parking for our rental car. Included WiFi Internet also a big bonus as our friend’s staying in another unit did NOT have internet service. We’d recommend Michael and his Eden Island Apt to anyone without hesitation.

My recent stay at this property was fantastic. It’s a newly opened accommodation, so everything was fresh and pristine. I loved the many facilities available, such as swimming pools, tennis courts and especially the gym. Very comfortable, there is easy access to everything nearby, probably the best located apartment on Eden Island. The value for money was excellent, and cleanliness was excellent too. Highly recommended
