The apartment is on the 8th floor. Amazing view, really a pleasure. Close to walking distance to the old center and the university. A little about the apartment: The shower is amazing and suitable for 2 people taking a shower at the same time. Heating on the toilet seat. Air conditioners throughout the house. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. The apartment has a coffee machine. With capsules for my taste. A basket of chocolates was waiting for us in the living room. When sitting in the living room, you hear the elevator motor a little. But it's really not something that bothers or I would have rejected the apartment because of it. It seems that the owner of the apartment, Anna, puts a lot of thought into all the little details that change the stay in the apartment for the better. And for that we thank her. We thought about changing plans and staying another night. But the place was occupied and it's a shame. We definitely recommend the place. And if we come to visit Portugal. We will definitely try to get to the apartment and many more days. Finally, if you are looking for an apartment and are hesitating between apartments. The location was great, the apartment is huge and spacious with comfortable beds, and the kitchen was well equipped, perfect for making breakfast. A supermarket is just close by from the street. Useful to have a laundry machine. Lots of stuff to do in the area but one of the best one is "Portugal dos Pequenitos".

First of all, the hosts! We were greeted by Ismael with a small bottle of port wine and pastel de nata. He was very friendly and showed us multiple places to visit in the city. Always quick to respond, he even offered to pick us up from the train station and to bring us back (free of charge). Great hosts, no complaints whatsoever. The accommodation itself is great too: it has everything you need and is in a quiet street with view on the river. The kitchen has not too much equipment but everything necessary is available. Located at the 'border' of the old-town, the university campus is a short (but steep) 10-minutes walk away. All in all a great place to stay and should we ever return to Coimbra, we will be sure to come back to this accommodation.

    Great location in the main pedestrian street. Huge windows on both floors of this split level apartment and small outside access verandah. Loved that you could people watch from the apartment. We were lucky to see local students in their black capes performing fado at night. Easy access to many restaurants and sights. Liked that there were 2 bathrooms, one on each floor. Reasonable walk from the bus station which is a flat walk. Little bit closer to the train station but slightly inclined on the way towards the apartment.

    LAA Studios are in an excellent location in Coimbra. They are within easy walking distance of the University, Botanical Gardens and the town centre. The apartment is well equipped, the bed is comfortable and it is all very clean.

    Beautiful studio, perfect for a stay in Coimbra. Everything was super clean, the apartment was truly well-equipped and felt like home to me for the one week I stayed there. Self check-in was also super easy. The internet also worked truly well. Highly recommend!

    Very stylish, huge apartment close to Coimbra centre! As a family we loved the fact that everyone had own room and the rest of flat was so big that you could find “your”’space without a problem. Beautiful large patio with amazing view of the city. Walking distance to nice restaurants.

    We have been pleased to stay in this apartment. Very clean, all you need in the kitchen, everything was provided in this flat as described on the advert. Definitely recommend.
