Lovely apartment, garden and location. The owners are very hospitable. We were welcomed with a nice bottle of wine. The apartment is huge for two people. The garden to the apartment is amazing! The apartment is very well furnished and the kitchen is equipped with everything you need. The living room is fabulous. The bedroom is at least 40 sq.m. We felt great! Thank you!

The accommodation was comfortable and we felt at home. Everything was clean, the apartments were fully equipped. I also liked the courtyard where you can sit and relax. Cosy, living space. So much more comfortable than a hotel room. Loved the mini bar! There are 2 TVs, playstations and games. The studio and the 2 bathrooms are spotlessly clean. It was a peaceful, quiet area with local shops, restaurant and a supermarket only 5 minutes walk Very close to tranpsport, both buses and train. Lovely area near the main University campus. Everywhere is so clean. If you had a car there is plenty of parking by the house. On Friday there was a wood fired pizza van outside during the afternoon, til sbout 7pm. Good communication from Ser and Sharon, both lovely people.

A light-flooded space with a large terrace, it has the same excellent facilities and cool, modern classic interior (Alessi furniture) as all apartments at Urban Residences. The light and the class walls of the penthouse are a delight.

    Very well designed modern apartment with great water supply and good equipment. Located very close to the centre of Maastricht with a parking spot outside the apartment which was really handy. We stayed to do the Amstel Gold Sportive which had registration / start about 7/8 miles away but as we wanted to be based in the city , it worked really well. Would highly recommend the apartment

    Lovely modern apartment that is very well kept; clean, spacious and comfortable. It was central to everything so we didn't have to take our car out again - just walked everywhere. The apartment is above The Goveneur Bar, so a little confusing when you first arrive, but as soon as I asked at the bar I was immediately directed to the lock box and everything was easy from there. Nice to have your car parked off the street in a secure garage.
