Comfortable bed, nice couch, huge flat screen TV with Netflix, high quality office chair and desk, great Wi-Fi, big fridge, lots of hangers and balcony for drying hand washed clothes, basic kitchenware. We spent a week exploring Phnom Penh. Condo is close to night market, can get to other places easily by tuktuk using PassApp. Excellent for remote work. I had the 1-room apartment (larger than a studio) which was a good size. All relatively new. Location on the edges of the BBK area and 10-15min walk to the Russian market area, so close enough to expat/tourist areas but also quite local. Washing machine and decent space in kitchenette.
