Good location, sufficiently near to Kyoto and Lake Biwa. Two supermarkets within a short drive away. It is best to reach the place by your own car. The house is very well designed, decorated and maintained. Futaba-san is very accommodating and kind. He has extended his hospitality from the moment we booked the accommodation till the day we left, and always so courteous.

Cosy and clean rooms with an authentic, yet modern twist. Hotel is just around the corner from the subway station and walking distance to the center. Washing machine was really useful for us. Staff was helpful and helped us arrange our luggage transfer to Osaka for light travel.

Perfect! The room is spacious and well-equipped with everything you need. The location is excellent, situated in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The facilities are in top condition, with the shower and tub being particularly impressive. The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable.
