The views from the balcony were amazing, it was such a great entertaining space! So spacious and super affordable considering the location! Also the housekeeping restaurant downstairs, Bar Helvetia, was amazing loved the meals there and was bonus that we only had to walk downstairs for dinner! Highly, highly recommend!

It was quiet and close to Lake Como There were great big fluffy towels and had everything you need for a night at lake Como. It is very small, so I would not recommend it for a longer stay

Location is perfect. Very central in Menaggio but not noisy at all. I stayed in apartment 1, a one bedroom apartment which was more spacious than I expected. Everything worked properly and was very clean. Kitchen had a Nespresso machine and 4 capsules ready for use. Fridge had a 1.5 litre bottle of water and a bottle of white wine. There was also a Bialetti coffee maker and everything else you might need for a week or two stay. WiFi was excellent and easy to connect (by scanning a QR code) and there was a smart TV which was able to connect to YouTube, Netflix and Prime. There were even umbrellas in the common hallway for guests to use on rainy days. The staff were very responsive and friendly. Serena was the person I met and she was very helpful and had very good English. I had a small plumbing problem on the first day of my stay and it was sorted out later that same day when I was out and about. Also, Serena arranged getting a taxi for me in the last day of my stay at short notice. All in all, one of, if not the best places I’ve ever stayed. Highly recommended.

I with my husband and couple of our childhood friends, started our North of Italy vacation at this property in Bellagio and.... this really made our trip! The host communicated with me before our arrival, give exact instruction about location, the keys and parking. We entered to the house and was shocked... warm (literally) and very cosy house, decorated for Christmas, waited us! Two bedrooms with convenient matrasses, kitchen with all facilities and.... heart braked view on the mountains. We had an unforgettable time at this property, and we want to come back! Klod was an absolutely wonderful host. He went above and beyond to ensure that we got to the hotel ok by picking us up from our previous accommodation and dropping us off at the ferry port when we needed to get back. He gave us some great tips for the area, which is lovely and peaceful compared to the main town. There is a shortcut to the centre of town which is a 12-15minute walk, however after staying there the first two nights we were more than happy to explore the restaurants around the accommodation. There are some lovely places including a very reasonably priced pub and a restaurant with a beautiful view. There is also a very private beach a short walk from the room which was a great bonus! The cabin itself is so charming and has everything you could possibly need. Would highly recommend and would love to stay again. Thank you Klod :)

The view of the lake was outstanding and the apartment had everything you would need for a stay. We loved it here and wished we had booked for longer. The directions from the owner were friendly and easy to follow. Parking nearby meant we could see the car from the room so knew it was safe. Netflix and the large TV were handy also
